In the summer of 2018, we opened a new studio apartment, designed in the loft style. It is a cozy studio with a double bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette, an economical option for families and companies up to 4 people. TThe apartment is located in the second courtyard on the 4th floor at Nevsky prospect 88, 50 meters from the Anabel guest rooms. The entrance is renovated, there is no elevator in the building.

English, French and German TV-channels are available.

At check-in, we collect a 3000₽ deposit for this apartment. Room service is available for an additional fee.

Prepayment for the first night is required. The prepayment is refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 2 days before check-in.

Changing the reservation in the apartment is also possible free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the expected date of change.
